Natalia Shkabran serves as Director for Business Engagement of Ukraine Foundation, where she spearheads the Innovation program.

Natalia Shkarban is a seasoned Legal Operations professional with over two decades of diverse experience spanning legal operations, business development, procurement, and project management. Currently serving as the Legal Operations Manager for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region at a Fortune 100 company, she plays a pivotal role in streamlining legal processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
She is actively involved with Global Business for Ukraine (GB4U), an association that unites international companies and individuals committed to supporting Ukraine’s business environment and economic development, and with Business and Professional Women (BPW), one of the most influential international networks of business and professional women, with affiliates in over 100 countries.
Natalia Shkarban is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Business Law at the University of Lausanne (UNIL) in Switzerland. She was awarded a scholarship for this program by The Spark of Hope Foundation. Prior to this, Natalia graduated from Indiana University in the United States and Lviv State University in Ukraine.
She speaks proficiently English, French and Ukrainian.
