Our Pathfinder and NextGen Fellows

Our fellowship team is committed to empowering emerging Ukrainian leaders through cultural, professional and diplomatic development opportunities worldwide. With a focus on global partnerships, the team fosters innovative thinking and cross-cultural collaboration to support Ukraine’s long-term creativity, innovation and collaboration.

Ukraine Foundation’s Fellowship Team unites a new generation of Ukrainian and international changemakers -artists, technologists, entrepreneurs, and public-policy specialists- whose shared mission is to accelerate Ukraine’s democratic recovery and long-term prosperity. Drawing on widely varied backgrounds yet bound by a common commitment to service, Fellows channel creativity, innovation, and policy acumen into bold, practical solutions for the country’s most pressing challenges.

Championing Creativity

From documentary filmmakers capturing frontline stories to designers reimagining inclusive public spaces, our Fellows treat culture as both a mirror and a lever for social transformation. Their creative projects amplify Ukrainian voices, preserve heritage under threat, and spark the civic imagination needed to envision a resilient post-war future.

Advancing Innovation

Whether pioneering drone-enabled de-mining, prototyping off-grid energy micro-grids, or scaling digital mental-health platforms, Fellows convert cutting-edge ideas into deployable technologies. An entrepreneurial mindset—and access to the Foundation’s venture studio, research labs, and international mentors—lets them pilot, iterate, and replicate solutions at speed.

Shaping Policy

Creative breakthroughs and technological advances gain real impact only when embedded in sound governance. Fellows therefore work side-by-side with ministries, local councils, and international institutions to craft evidence-based policies on sustainable reconstruction and open data. Through white papers, legislative drafts, and convenings, they translate field insights into durable, scalable policy change.

Together, the Fellowship Team embodies Ukraine Foundation’s belief that the intersection of art, science, and public policy is where renewal takes root. The pages that follow present individual biographies—snapshots of talent and purpose—that collectively tell a larger story: a community determined to help Ukraine not merely rebuild, but re-imagine what is possible.
